Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit roofing permit applications to local municipalities
Track permit status and follow up to ensure timely approvals
Coordinate with building departments and inspectors
Maintain accurate records of all permit-related documentation
Ensure compliance with Broward County building codes and regulations
Requirements:
Prior experience in permit expediting, preferably in roofing or construction
Strong knowledge of Broward County permitting processes
Excellent organizational and communication skills

Computer proficiency for online submissions and tracking
