Location: Coral Gables, FL (On-Site, Hybrid)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Compensation: Competitive base salary + commission structure

We are seeking a motivated Account Manager to join our team and specialize in Homeowners Insurance sales.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing tailored homeowners insurance solutions
Proactively reach out to prospects and existing clients to review coverage and identify cross-sell opportunities
Manage client accounts from initial policy setup through renewal and ongoing service
Work with carriers and underwriters to ensure the best possible coverage and pricing
Assist clients with policy changes, claims support, and billing questions
Meet and exceed sales goals while providing exceptional customer service
High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Active Florida 2-20 or 4-40 insurance license (or ability to obtain within 90 days; support provided)
Prior insurance experience preferred (homeowners sales a plus), but strong candidates from sales backgrounds will be considered
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a goal-driven environment
