We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Insurance Agent to join our team! As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, analyzing insurance needs, and selling insurance policies to clients. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and have a strong understanding of insurance products.
Duties:
- Sell insurance policies to potential clients.
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop strategies to reach them.
- Utilize telemarketing and outside sales techniques to generate leads and close sales.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance policies.
Skills:
- Strong sales skills with the ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess clients' insurance needs accurately.
- Proficiency in telemarketing and outside sales techniques.
- Ability to effectively market insurance products to potential clients.
- Bilingual skills (multilingual) are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clients.
- Experience in sales or benefits administration is a plus but not required.
- Team player, takes direction, doesnt have an ego.
- Punctual and responsible. We will fire you if you no call, no show.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
Pay rate: Commission only
Work setting: Monday to Friday 9am -6pm
Call center - in office NO REMOTE!
