Commission-based Salesperson
Responsibilities:
Generate leads.
Beat sales expectation.
Negotiate contracts with potential clients.
Facilitate and determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Conduct sales presentations to potential clients.
Coordinate sales efforts with the Marketing Department.
Understand and promote company programs.
Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote services.
Maintain client records.
Answer client questions about credit terms, services, prices, and availability.
Requirements:
Three (3) years of experience in sales.
Understand the sales practice and changing aspects.
A dedication to excellent customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fluent in English.
Excellent interpersonal skills (ability to rapidly build rapport with both clients).
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Competency in word, excel, and outlook.
Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
