Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy. You will assist customers throughout their moving process, ensuring they have a seamless experience from booking to delivery. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and procedures.

Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.

Coordinate with our logistics team to ensure timely and accurate updates to customers.

Follow up with customers post-move to ensure satisfaction and address any remaining concerns.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer service processes.

Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience, preferably in the moving or logistics industry.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
