Schedule:

Monday-Friday 9am-6pm (No remote or part time positions available)

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Listen attentively to customer inquiries and concerns regarding their health insurance coverage.

Educate customers on available policies, benefits, and options tailored to their needs.

Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.

Implement proactive outreach strategies to engage with customers and prevent attrition.

Stay updated on industry trends, policy changes, and regulations to better assist customers.

Qualifications:

Data Entry Experience Required

Previous Experience in Customer Service Roles, Preferably Within the Health Insurance Industry.

Strong Communication Skills with the Ability to Explain Complex Information in a Clear and Concise Manner.

Excellent Problem-Solving Abilities and a Proactive Approach to Addressing Customer Needs.

Ability to Multitask and Prioritize Tasks Effectively in a Fast-Paced Environment.

Empathetic and Patient Demeanor When Dealing with Customer Inquiries and Concerns.
