Position: Customer Service Retention Specialist

Location: Deerfield Beach, FL ( THIS IS NOT REMOTE)

Schedule: Full-Time (Monday- Friday) 9am-6pm

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Retention Specialist at THO Healthcare will engage with existing health insurance policyholders to address concerns, resolve issues, and ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively contact policyholders to address their needs and concerns.

- Handle inquiries and complaints, providing effective solutions.

- Develop strong relationships with policyholders.

- Inform customers about their health insurance plans and benefits.

- Execute strategies to retain customers.

- Gather and analyze customer feedback for improvements.

- Keep accurate records of customer interactions.

- Work with other departments for a seamless customer experience.

- Meet retention goals and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma

- 2+ years in customer service, preferably in health insurance.

- Fluent English

- Must either be licensed, or eligible to get licensed within 30-60 days.

Skills:

- Excellent communication

- Strong problem-solving

- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office
