Experienced Remote Customer Service Rep. for Moving Company

We are a long standing moving business based in North Bergen, NJ looking for a full-time, work-from-home, experienced customer service / office administrator, exclusively with history working for moving companies and alongside moving brokers.

Please, do not reach out if you have no experience with either moving carriers or moving brokers.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Searching daily for new customers through brokers

- Handling consumer affairs over the phone

- Managing outgoing and incoming emails professionally

- Communicating and working with associated companies

- Actively seeking out new partnerships with moving brokers

- Maintaining existing and future relationships with affiliates

Requirements:

- Must have at least a GED or high school diploma

- Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience

- Must have experience working with a moving company in an office setting

- Must have experience working with moving brokers

- Must be well spoken and have excellent communication abilities in writing and over the phone

The position is work-from-home, and the hours are from Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm.
