Requirements:
Background Check.
Must have at least 2 years experience in Service Advising.
Valid Drivers License
High School Diploma
Knowledge of vehicles is a must.
Parts Experience (we do our own parts ordering here)
Knowledge of Mitchell1 system is a plus, but can also be taught
Willing to be a part of a team with a great attitude
Must be comfortable working with computers and the internet
Quality control skills
Customer Service Skills.
Job Description:
Greet customers and assist with concerns and do walk- around.
Advise customers about routine maintenance.
Technician interaction.
Be able to finalize billing. (Will be taught this.)
Keep customers informed about their vehicle.
Know product and systems well enough to be able to answer any questions customers may have (we offer continuing education for this)
