We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Mobile Customer Service Clerk to join our team. This role involves traveling to various locations to perform fingerprinting and assist clients with background check procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong sense of confidentiality, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel to designated locations to provide fingerprinting services.
Verify client identification and ensure accurate data entry.
Assist clients with completing background check forms and documentation.
Maintain equipment and supplies necessary for mobile fingerprinting.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries professionally.
Maintain accurate records and submit reports in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications a plus.
Previous experience in customer service, law enforcement, or administrative roles preferred.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a background check and fingerprint clearance.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency with computers and data entry.
Ability to work flexible hours and travel locally.
