We are a moving company hiring for customer service We are the direct carrier.
Who we want:
1 year of experience in the moving industry (MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE)
good phone etiquette
detail oriented
computer literate
Your role:
You will be assigned several cusotmers a day to manage their work order from start to finish.
Similar to customer service however in this case you will be dealing with the same customer until their delivery.
You will be working off of monday.com to handle their day to day needs.
What we offer:
hourly wage or weekly salary (your choice)
monthly tips (based on how many customers were assigned to you usually $300-$500 a month extra)
free lunch once a week
