What You’ll Do:
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that spark curiosity and foster development.
Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
Collaborate with parents and staff to support each child’s growth and well-being.
Incorporate play-based learning, storytelling, arts, and hands-on activities.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing individualized support as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Associate degree in Early Childhood education (Preferred), CDA, 45 hours
3+ years experience working with 2 year old children
Passion for fostering social, emotional, and cognitive development in young learners.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Patience, creativity, and a positive, energetic attitude.
CPR/First Aid certification (preferred or willingness to obtain).
