Description We are offering an employment opportunity for an Accountant - Entry Level in the industry. Located in West Palm Beach, Florida, this role is instrumental in assisting our accounting team with various tasks. Responsibilities: Accurate data entry and documentation review Ensuring bills are properly entered into QuickBooks Assisting with diverse payroll tasks Conduction of journal entries Handling filing and scanning tasks Providing assistance with public records requests Undertaking various tasks as required in the Business Affairs department Using accounting software systems proficiently Analyzing accounts and performing account reconciliation Implementing accounting functions and entries in compliance with industry standards.Requirements Possess proficiency in Account Coding Experience with Accounting Software Systems Ability to use Adobe Acrobat is necessary Familiarity with Dynamics NAV Knowledge of ERP Solutions is required Capable of Account Analysis Experience in Accounting Entries Proficiency in Accounting Functions Ability to perform Account Reconciliation Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) Proficiency in QuickBooks is required Entry-level understanding of accounting principles Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of organization and detail-orientation Solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
