Description Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Financial Analyst. This position offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and development in finance. The successful candidate will work closely with senior analysts and managers to support various financial analysis and reporting activities.Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis: Assist in conducting financial analysis to support decision-making processes. This includes analyzing financial statements, performing ratio analysis, and evaluating financial performance metrics.
Forecasting and Budgeting: Support the development of financial forecasts and budgets by gathering relevant data, conducting analysis, and preparing reports to assist in strategic planning.
Data Management: Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information.
Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. This may involve creating charts, graphs, and other visual aids to effectively communicate financial information.
Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor performance, and economic indicators to provide insights and recommendations to management.
Ad Hoc Analysis: Undertake special projects and ad hoc analysis as assigned by senior management to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and draw meaningful conclusions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Prior internship or relevant work experience in finance is a plus but not required.
