Assist Engineering Department with light maintenance, painting and pressure washing.
Responsible for emergency maintenance service as scheduled
Maintenance to include changing lights bulbs, light plumbing, etc.
Complete work assignments in a timely manner
Trash pickup outside of building and parking lot
Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines and equipment on property, if assigned
Use and maintain equipment properly
Operate and maintain all equipment correctly and safely
Monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned
Ability to work without normal supervision
Reports safety hazards as appropriate
Bilingual is required
