Description We are seeking a talented Network Engineer to design, implement, manage, and troubleshoot the network infrastructure that supports our organization's operations. Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure (including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points) to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability.
Perform network configuration, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for various network devices and systems.
Monitor network performance and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
Conduct regular network assessments, including capacity planning, vulnerability testing, and security audits.
Ensure network security by implementing firewalls, VPNs, encryption, and other security measures.
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate network solutions with existing systems, applications, and services.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network-related issues to internal teams and clients.
Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in network engineering.
Document network configurations, topology, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
Assist with disaster recovery planning and business continuity strategies related to network systems.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of networking principles and protocols.
Experience with network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers) and software tools (network monitoring, troubleshooting, and configuration).
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, etc.), and VPN technologies.
Experience with network security tools and protocols, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption techniques.
