Job description
We are looking for a professional and motivate Sous Chef able to follow our Executive Chef’s specifications and guidelines. The successful candidate will employ its culinary and managerial skills in order to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our cuisine concept.
Line Cooks
Requirements:
– 3+ year of experience as a line cook preferred
– Must be clean, organized, and able to follow recipes and plating standards
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen
– Reliable, punctual, and ready to hustle
– Able to work weekends, days and evenings
Prep Cooks
3+ years of kitchen experience
Organized
Great Knife skills
Punctual
Work Clean
Dish Washers
Must have kitchen experience
Keep all areas clean
Ability to do some prep work
