LINE COOKS WANTED — Leadership Track (Coral Gables)
Belly Fish is hiring experienced Line Cooks who want more than just a job — this is a real path to a leadership role for motivated, responsible team players.
Weekend availability required.
Requirements:
Strong knife + hot station skills (sauté/fry/broil)
Works clean, organized, dependable
Handles pressure, team-oriented
Prior experience or culinary training preferred
Valid food handler’s license
Able to stand long hours + lift 50 lbs
Duties:
Set up/maintain your station
Prep sauces, garnishes, proteins
Cook menu items to spec
Follow health & safety standards
