Housekeeper (Airbnb)
You are responsible for cleaning the apartments that they always look amazing, that all the supplies are stocked.
Qualifications:
live near Little Havana (within 30 minutes max)
must have your own reliable transportation
trustworthy and reliable
clean with an eye for detail
flexible schedule (must be available 11am-4-5pm on most days, including weekends)
Your tasks:
Clean: In between guests clean the apartment, which is between 11am and 4-5pm. This means; pickup laundry, do laundry, make the beds, clean the kitchen, living room area, clean bathrooms, take out trash, clean the floor, dust. Make sure everything is sparkling clean between guests checks in. All cleaning products are provided.
Stock: you will check if everything looks ok in the apartment, throw away things that are not supposed to be there. Check all supplies and send manager the list of things that needs to be ordered.
Laundry: take dirty laundry from the apartment, wash it/ dry it; change bedding sets
Any other tasks that might be needed to ensure smooth operations
