I looking for a Jamaican food specialist that can make the staple Jamaican dishes like Oxtail, Rice n Peas, Curry Goat, Ackee and Saltfish etc, and other dishes for a small eatery in Miami. The head chef will work with other cooks and servers for a great caribbean food experience.
