We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our team at a full-service Colombian restaurant. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and plating dishes according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality, consistency, and authenticity of Colombian cuisine.
Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role (experience with Colombian or Latin cuisine is a plus).
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
