Shuck oysters with precision and speed
Make cebiches to order.
- Kitchen expeditor
Ensure food orders are prepared correctly and plated consistently
Organize and prioritize tickets during busy service
Communicate clearly with cooks and servers
Maintain quality, accuracy, and timing of all dishes leaving the kitchen
Requirements:
Prior experience as an expeditor or in a fast-paced kitchen
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and quality
Ability to stay composed in a busy environment
Individual must have the ability to work clean, fast, and efficiently on the line.
Deliver quality & consistency during service.
Team player with good communication skills.
