The Payroll Processor plays a key role in managing the multi-location payroll for the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a high level of competency in numerical and payroll analysis. The role requires someone who is proactive, collaborative, a keen attention to detail, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the organization's payroll processing.
Responsibilities:
Process payroll accurately and on time.
Streamline payroll processes for efficiency.
Ensure confidentiality and security of financial and employee data.
Provide payroll insights and support to other departments via reports.
Performs other duties as assigned:
Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Associate's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional certifications (e.g., Payroll Certification or similar) are a plus.
Experience with payroll software (Paylocity, ADP, or Paychex) is preferred.
