About the Role
Vincenzo’s is looking for an experienced Pizza Cook to join our fast-paced, high-energy New York–style pizza kitchen. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on pizza experience, works clean, and understands the rhythm of a busy shop.
Responsibilities
Stretch and hand-toss NY-style dough consistently
Prepare and cook pizzas, calzones, rolls, and garlic knots
Operate ovens safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized station at all times
Assist with prep: sauces, toppings, dough, cheese, etc.
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
Work with the team to keep pace during high-volume hours
Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and front-of-house
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years experience making NY-style pizza
Able to work nights and weekends
Strong understanding of oven management and dough handling
Ability to lift 30–40 lbs
Must speak English
Reliable, punctual, team-oriented
