This position requires the prep cook to be available to work weekends, evenings and holidays. The successful candidate will have previous restaurant industry experience and be capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail. The Prep Cook will also need to have a passion for the culinary arts and be proficient in the preparation of meat, vegetable, seafood and dessert dishes.
Responsibilities:
Prepare food for customers.
Prepare food to a high level of quality.
Prepare food in a timely manner.
