We are looking for a fun and dynamic Supervisor for our pizzeria located in the Gables.
Supervisor responsibilities include scheduling shifts for the staff, monitoring daily expenses and revenues, and ordering supplies, as needed. To be successful in this role you should have work experience with customer service and management. Also, you should be available to work during opening hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays. (40 hours per week).
Ultimately, you will help increase profitability, boost customer engagement, and turn our pizzeria into a favorite local spot.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the store
- Hire, onboard, and train new staff
- Coordinate with vendors and order supplies, as needed
- Maintain updated records of daily, weekly, and monthly revenues and expenses
- Have excellent customer service management
- Building store sales
- Accountable for profit and loss
- Ensure all pizzeria areas are clean and tidy
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a supervisor in a fast-casual restaurant
- Basic PC Software Experience (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Capable of performing every function in the pizzeria
- Proven experience of customer service excellence
- Availability to work within opening hours (including nights, weekends, and holidays) 40 hours/week
- Live in the Gables/ South Brickell area for a reasonable commute
- Must be fluent in English with excellent communication skills; Spanish is a plus
- Must have a positive, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude
- High school diploma
- Must be authorized to legally work in the United States
Compensation will be based on your experience.
