Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Medical Assistant with experience in aesthetics to join our team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English/Spanish), have excellent communication skills, and be passionate about both medical and cosmetic patient care. This is a part-time role with strong potential to become full-time as our practice continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist providers with both medical and aesthetic procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and maintain cleanliness/organization
Perform patient intake, vitals, and medical history documentation
Provide patient education on procedures and post-treatment care
Support front desk with scheduling, check-in/out, and patient follow-up when needed
Maintain compliance with safety, OSHA, and HIPAA standards
Qualifications:
Certified Medical Assistant or equivalent clinical experience
Background in aesthetics/medical spa environment preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Authorized to work in the United States (must have valid work papers)
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
