Here at AOACDC we're a smaller agency and are looking to grow with your help, We are an agency providing support care services to individuals with Medical and developmental disabilities typically offers a range of personalized services aimed at improving the quality of life and independence of these individuals. Their services may include:

Residential Care: Providing group homes, supervised apartments, or supported living arrangements where individuals can receive assistance with daily tasks while maintaining some level of independence.

Personal Care: Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Behavioral Support: Developing and implementing behavior management plans to address challenging behaviors and promote positive interactions.

Education and Training: Providing classes and workshops to enhance life skills, social skills, and vocational skills.

Transportation Services: Ensuring individuals can access medical appointments, community activities, and employment opportunities.

Case Management: Coordinating services, advocating for individual needs, and ensuring proper documentation and compliance with regulations.

Family Support: Assisting families in understanding and coping with the challenges of caring for a loved one with developmental disabilities.

Community Integration: Encouraging participation in community activities, fostering friendships, and reducing isolation.

Advocacy: Advocating for the rights and inclusion of individuals with developmental disabilities in society.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Office Manager to oversee our day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills to ensure the smooth functioning of our office.

Responsibilities:

Manage office operations and administrative staff.

Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.

Maintain office supplies and equipment.

Assist with budget management and expense tracking.

Handle HR-related tasks, including onboarding and employee records.

Implement and improve office policies and procedures.

Liaise with vendors and service providers.

Manage office space and facilities.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar role.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office and office management software.

Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).

At least a High-school diploma

Must be able to pass Level II and local background screening

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Salary: $17.00 - $22.87 per year

Schedule:

4 hour shift

8 hour shift

Experience:

Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
