Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Driver / Warehouse Worker to join our team. This role will blend warehouse duties—such as loading/unloading, organizing inventory, and preparing materials—with driving local deliveries of HVAC and refrigeration products. The ideal candidate is punctual, physically capable, safety-minded, and comfortable supporting both warehouse operations and delivery logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Load, unload, and organize HVAC & refrigeration equipment and supplies in the warehouse
Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely and efficiently
Drive company vehicle(s) to perform local deliveries, ensuring safe, on-time service
Verify orders for accuracy and condition prior to delivery; obtain recipient signatures
Maintain delivery documentation and logs
Assist in inventory tracking, material staging, and warehouse upkeep
Follow all relevant safety regulations, company policies, and procedures
Qualifications
Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record
Previous warehouse or delivery driving experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
Familiarity with or willingness to learn HVAC/refrigeration product types and terminology (training provided)
Dependable, punctual, team-oriented with good communication skills
Basic computer/scanner skills are a plus
