Secure-Pro Field Services, Inc. — A licensed and insured property preservation company with over 20 years of industry experience — is seeking independent subcontractors to complete work orders on foreclosed and REO properties throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.

Scope of Work Includes:
Lock changes, securing/boarding windows & doors
Lawn care and landscape maintenance
Trash outs, debris removal, and general upkeep
Winterizations (when applicable)
Photo-documented inspections (interior/exterior)
Requirements:
Active Aspen Grove ABC# (Shield ID) with completed background check
Must use mobile field apps: Pruvan (mandatory) and PPW
Experience in property preservation and maintenance
Own vehicle, trailer, and all necessary tools
Smartphone or tablet with reliable high-speed internet
Valid driver’s license with current insurance
General liability insurance required (York-Jersey preferred)
Preferred Skills:
Ability to follow HUD guidelines
Familiarity with bid preparation
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable
