Looking for a "maintenance/handyman" for a property management firm. You will be performing a variety of general repair and maintenance tasks across our properties, including basic plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, repairing fixtures and trouble shooting appliances. Must pay attention to details. Need to have your own tools and reliable transportation. You will need to be available to work Saturdays and Sundays if needed. Experience with high end homes helpful. Compensation rate based on experience.
