Monday through Friday. Preferably with previous experience in Janitorial cleaning day porting.

Job Duties:
Common Area Cleaning
Exterior Cleaning
Pick up litter and debris from walkways, parking lots, and landscaped areas.
Clean exterior entryways and keep outdoor areas tidy.
Maintenance Reporting
Report any safety hazards, maintenance needs, or damages to the property management office promptly.
Skills & Qualifications
Previous cleaning/janitorial experience preferred, especially in residential or commercial buildings.
Knowledge of safe cleaning practices and use of cleaning chemicals.
Ability to work independently and follow a set schedule.
Strong attention to detail and reliability.
Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and carry cleaning supplies and equipment.
Work Schedule & Conditions
Work hours may vary based on property needs, including evenings.
Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of all assigned areas within the property, including common areas and exterior spaces. This position plays a key role in ensuring a safe, pleasant, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
