We are looking for a dedicated Condominium Maintenance Person to join our team and help us ensure our community is safe, beautiful, and welcoming for all residents.
What You’ll Do
Carry out general building repairs.
Perform preventive maintenance on community equipment and systems.
Keep common areas, pool, landscaping, and facilities clean and in good condition.
Respond quickly to resident work orders and emergency situations.
Assist with vendor coordination and support management with inspections.
Contribute to a positive living environment for residents by ensuring everything runs smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
Hands-on experience in building/condominium maintenance or similar work.
Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and repair skills.
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.
