We are seeking an EXPERIENCED Landscape Crew Leader for hire immediately.
Responsibilities:
1. Supervises and coordinates on site maintenance staff.
2. Oversee the landscape functions of the property.
3. Receives, organizes and prioritizes maintenance work orders from owner.
4. Performs services as requested by residents, owners or as needed as preventative measures.
5. Assists other maintenance staff with complex and/or labor intensive work to ensure jobs are completed safely, timely and to satisfaction.
6. Contacts and oversees vendors for work not performed in-house, such as irrigation.
7. Keeps up with maintenance schedule and assigns tasks for completion by maintenance staff.
8. Monitors and regularly inspects the property and landscape.
9. Identifies and addresses needs for improvement, repair and/or replacement.
10. Keeps maintenance supplies clean, organized and in good working order.
11. May order necessary equipment, parts and supplies or communicate to owner needs of maintenance staff.
12. Communicates and shares information with owner regarding overall property maintenance conditions, status and customers satisfaction.
13. Ensures maintenance goals are being met by creating plans with maintenance crew.
14. Ensures the resolution of resident issues and complaints.
15. Performs other related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Valid drivers license
2. 5 years experience working with Palm Beach clientele
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bilingual Knowledge
2. Skills and abilities through knowledge of turf variations including but not limited to Zoysia lawn care.
3. General knowledge of the repair and maintenance of irrigation.
4. Knowledge to properly identify landscape pests.
5. Understanding of trimming and pruning specifications to communicate with trimming team.
6. Supervisory and leadership skills to delegate and guide the work activities of others.
7. Skill and ability to clearly and concisely communicate verbally and in writing.
8. Knowledge and skills to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
9. Customer service and problem solving skills and ability to please demanding clientele.
10. Ability to read, interpret and apply written instructions.
11. Attention to details, basic computer/technical skills to operate mobile computing or communication devices.
