Lead foreman needed for Landscape crew.
Competent, and responsible person with strong planning and Proactive ability
Understand south Florida landscape materials and how to install them.
THIS IS NOT A LAWN MAINTENANCE JOB

This job is mostly for installations and requires some manual labor so if you're experienced is only in maintenance this is probably not for you.
We do high-end installation and need a qualified individual for that type of work

This is for landscape installations involving heavy equipment and very large trees at times.

Jobsites are all waterfront from Boca to Ft Lauderdale or Estate homes

Before you inquire you must be able to understand and execute the following questions.
Can you read site and landscape plans?
Can you lead a crew of 3 to 5 men ,plan their work and delegate it efficiently?
Can you be taught and are you a teachable team player?
Can you drive a truck and trailer and do you have a clean license?
Do you have minimum 5 years experience in South Florida landscaping?
Can you provide 2 references?
