We are seeking an experienced and reliable MAINTENANCE/GROUNDSKEEPER/LANDSCAPING (Supervisor or Technician) for a large homeowners association property in Inverrary. Ideal candidate should have general knowledge and experience in all aspects of GROUNDSKEEPER with GENERAL MAINTENANCE repairs and services include minor, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall repair, groundskeeping with light hedge and tree pruning. Irrigation and Sprinkler knowledge is a plus. General handyman experience and must be able to operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Must possess a valid drivers license and a clean driving record. Must be able to work with or without supervision. Must be professional in work and attitude. Should have good customer service and must have good English skills. Bilingual is a plus. Must have reliable transportation and must be able to work in the United States.
