Do you have the “know how” to maintain the inner workings of a high-rise condominium, hotel, or similar building?
Our community located on Hollywood Beach is seeking the right person to be part of the maintenance team of our high-rise building located on Hollywood Beach.
Full Time Work Schedule: Sunday – Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Responsibilities include:
Receive direction from Maintenance Supervisor and Management Office in the overall upkeep and repair of the property.
Be familiar with and able to do minor plumbing, electrical, use a plumbing snake, be able to perform minor dry wall repairs, be able to use a paint and knockdown sprayer, etc.
Ensure all areas are maintained in a professional and clean manner during shift.
Follow all safety and security policies, programs, and procedures.
Requirements:
Must be able to speak and write in English. A plus if you can speak French and/or Spanish.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Valid Driver License required.
High School diploma, or GED equivalency, is requested.
What We Offer:
- $17/hour, more if you have property maintenance experience.
- We will train you in overall upkeep and repair of the property.
