Creative Outdoor Advertising, an American advertising firm that advertises on benches, garbage/recycling units, and bus shelters is looking for:
A HANDY & RELIABLE PERSON TO MAINTAIN OUR STREET FURNITURE UNITS IN MIAMI, FLORIDA THROUGHOUT THE DORAL, HIALEAH, MIAMI SPRINGS, OPA-LOCKA, AND SOUTH MIAMI AREA
Pay information: Earnings are approximately $8100.00 a month for around 180 hours a month (roughly 45 hours a week). As you perform site visits, you scan each unit, and you are paid per scan. The pay structure is pay-for-performance/piecework. There is an opportunity for additional earnings for extra service requests, like sign installs, and various repairs.
Job Duties: Site visits for overall cleanliness and upkeep of the furniture and surrounding area. Seasonal maintenance of trimming weeds/grass and weekly, bi-weekly and monthly recyclables/garbage collections. As needed sign installations and repairs.
You need:
A valid driver’s license
A truck, large SUV or van with a tow hitch, and a trailer (trailer is a must)
Enjoy working outdoors
Have basic hand/power tools (can use them)
