Maintenance Tech - Part Time - Condo Complex
CONDOMINIUM MAINTENANCE
A maintenance tech is needed to do basic maintenance and repairs as needed and/or directed. This is a part time position, 20 hrs/wk with flexible hours/days.
For the ambitious worker, looking for more work hours, additional janitorial duties can be made available to you, that could catapult this into a full time position.
You must be able to do over-all general building and grounds maintenance, and have basic plumbing and electrical skills.
You must be self motivated, organized and able to manage your time efficiently.
You must have a valid drivers license and a vehicle for transportation.
Communication and the ability to read English is required.
