Part-Time Handyman for Vacation Rental Company (Dania Beach/Fort Lauderdale/Miami/Delray Beach, FL)
Compensation: $25 an hour for 20 hours a week = $2000 a month minimum (extra hours will be available)
This job that will cover property maintenance for 6 properties in South Florida This job will be a great long-term position that will be needed for as far into the future as possible.
The ideal candidate will likely live in Fort Lauderdale or a nearby city so that you are centrally located between the farthest south property in Miami and the farthest north property in Delray Beach.
Secondly, we have many small jobs that will require more hours that the holder of this position would be first in line to receive extra hours for jobs that need to be done Painting and maintenance after move outs for example.

1 located in Delray Beach, FL
All 6 properties are rental units that are in need of constant maintenance. We also have much work to do on improvements to the properties, so I have plenty of work that needs to be done.
You will need reliable transportation to travel between FLL, Miami and Delray Beach as well as your own basic tools.
Jobs will be as you might expect and will include painting, very minor electrical, plumbing, landscaping and general construction so the more skills you have to complete these tasks, the more likely you are to be a good fit.
This job will be paid weekly and you are to be hired as an individual contractor. I expect for you to be available for a minimum of 20 hours a week of labor needed. We will use pictures sent through WhatsApp on a daily basis to confirm jobs being done. You will be paid weekly through Zelle.
