Facility Services company seeks a PORTER at a Residential Community in Kendall/Pinecrest area.
Position will work for 20 weekly hours (more hours possible at other locations if interested).
Monday through Friday 8AM to 12 Noon.
Responsibilities:
Empty all trash receptacles and dispose trash in dumpster.
Take photos and report any bulk trash discovered.
Replace trash can liners.
Maintain floors and areas tidy by sweeping or hose rinsing.
Use blower when needed/able to remove debris.
Check and keep tidy/clean parking area perimeters.
Check/clean laundry room; clear lint traps as scheduled.
Check/organize chairs by pool area; wipe seats and tables as scheduled.
Maintain Porter Room organized and clean.
Take photos and report any maintenance or unusual activities.
Restrooms:
Fill dispensers with hand towels, toilet tissue, and hand soap.
Wipe dispensers and horizontal areas.
Empty trash receptacles and dispose of trash in dumpster and replace can liners.
Sweep and wet mop restroom floors with disinfectant.
Clean interior and exterior of toilets and toilet seats
Clean sinks and wipe chrome fittings.
Wipe mirrors as needed.
Turn off designated lighting when cleaning is completed.
Weekly:
Wipe down pool chairs and tables with cleaner provided by client.
Organize chairs by pool area.
Clean/wipe laundry room equipment.
Remove lint from dryer and wipe down area.
Monthly:
High dust any vents and corners.
Wipe all high touch areas with disinfectants provided by client.
Security:
Secure the premises; turn off lights, lock doors, exit property.
Minimum Qualifications:
21 years of age and legally able to work in the U.S. We use E-Verify.
Must have reliable transportation to get to work.
Must be able to pass a background screen.
Must be able to comply with job requirements and responsibilities.
Speak English, Spanish a plus.
Must be presentable, courteous and flexible.

Salary and Benefits:
