We are seeking a highly motivated and quality-focused individual to join our team. The Production & Warehouse Assistant plays a critical role in supporting production and warehouse operations. This position involves handling and organizing materials, assembling products, assisting with inventory management, and ensuring the smooth operation of the production processes. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the customization, assembly, and packaging of products according to quality standards and specifications.
Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
Monitor production processes and report any issues or deviations to the Production Supervisor.
Ensure that workstations are clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
Organize and store materials and products in the warehouse according to company standards.
Pick and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Assist with inventory counts and stock management, including updating records and tracking discrepancies.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety procedures and guidelines.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve workflow and efficiency.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on warehouse and production equipment.
Adhere to company policy by keeping personal mobile phones away from the working area during shifts.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and company policies.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse is preferred but not required.
Skills and Abilities:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to operate machinery and handle tools safely.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
