Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facility, including grounds work, pressure cleaning, and general maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct pressure cleaning of sidewalks, building exteriors, and other designated areas.
Carry out general maintenance tasks, such as painting, minor repairs, and ensuring the overall upkeep of the property.
Assist with waste management, including trash removal and recycling.
Ensure that all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address any issues in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in grounds work, pressure cleaning, and general maintenance is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and carrying heavy objects.
