This position is for DAYSHIFT 8 AM to 5 PM M-F
Looking for an organized and detailed individual for a full-time position at a busy office located in Hollywood, FL.
Primary Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Handling incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Compiling reports from various offices
- Mailing letters out
Additional Tasks:
- Filing documents
- Accurate data entry
- Reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness
- Interacting with customers, clients, and transporters
- Processing payments efficiently
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Quick learner with an adaptable mindset
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory
This role offers a starting wage of $15 per hour for a 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM.
