Im looking for a skilled handyman. Required to fix lights, install light fixtures, fix dock, paint, assemble furniture, clean yard, fix fire detectors, caulk, clean rooms, and general maintenance/repairs. Must have a step ladder and basic tools. Must be dependable and trustworthy.
