I am looking for a person who can coordinate cleanings, handle the laundry, direct teams to units that need to be cleaned, and inspect the cleaners' work. You will clean when needed.
This person needs to be bilingual in English and Spanish.
We clean short-term vacation rentals (AIRBNB) in Miami. I need people who are available 7 days a week and have transportation. Sundays and Mondays are usually the heaviest days, but there's work throughout the week.
We have 2 main buildings. One in Midtown Miami, the other in downtown Miami.
Cleaning duties:
- Wiping down all surfaces
- Clean bathrooms
- Wash linens in unit
- Make beds
- Vacuum
- Mop
- Dispose of trash
