We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize operations in our electronics warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, with a focus on improving processes and driving operational efficiency. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping electronics products.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and optimize workflow.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate records and minimizing stock discrepancies.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve performance goals.
- Develop and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement and customer service, to streamline operations.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Handle any issues related to equipment, repairs, and maintenance within the warehouse.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager, preferably in an electronics warehouse or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management best practices and process improvement techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve operations.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
