Review of small claims cases when appropriate
Review of existing 1099 company contracts so they are "ironclad."
Prepare cease and desist notices when appropriate for out of state past 1099's agents plagiarism work product
Possible representation if the situation dictates
Have some experience with employment law
Good local civil procedure when applicable
Small business lending experience is a huge plus
