A growing third-party authentication and grading facility specializing in collectibles is hiring multiple entry-level team members to support its expanding operations. Positions are available in Sealing, Receiving, and Processing departments. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering 1st shift hours (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) with consistent full-time work in a clean, climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities:
Receive and verify incoming collectibles and inventory
Accurately input data into internal systems
Operate heat-sealing machinery for coins, cards, and memorabilia
Re-package and quality check finalized items
Maintain accuracy in product handling and documentation
Learn to distinguish various holder sizes and product specifications
May occasionally assist with industry trade shows
Collaborate across teams to ensure production standards are met
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills required; 10-key experience a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Comfortable working with fragile and valuable items
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Interest or background in collectibles (coins, sports cards, etc.) is a bonus

Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Compensation: $15.00/hour
