Small plumbing company needs to hire immediately an Administrative Assistant. Candidate should be enthusiastic, punctual and be willing to learn all aspects of the business.
Duties include:
1) Answering the phone and scheduling estimator appointments
2) Prepare permit applications and submit to county & municipalities
3) Manage projects from start to finish using project management software
Ideal candidate must be:
1) Capable of multitasking and managing time effectively
2) Ability to work with minimum supervision
3) Data entry and computer skills are required
4) Detailed, oriented and capable of recognizing errors on orders/statement balances
5) Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferable but not required
